( Prepayment & Cancellation Policy )
After submitting your application and being accepted, a €700 deposit is required to secure your rate and your spot.
The remaining balance is paid on arrival.
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the case of war or border closures that prevent your arrival.

We recognize that the financial commitment of this program may not be accessible to everyone.
Blue Motion is currently a self-initiated project without external funding, sustained through participant contributions. At the same time, we are committed to widening access where possible.
A limited number of scholarship places and helper roles are available for participants who would otherwise be unable to attend. These are offered with care and based on both need and alignment with the program.
