Freediving instructor whose life and work are deeply shaped by the sea. Originally growing up close to the ocean, his later life in cities allowed him to pursue scientific studies and gain a deeper understanding of nature’s patterns. Eventually, he found his way back to the water through meditation and freediving, reconnecting with his aquatic self among the coral reefs of the Red Sea.
Through this journey, Ruben discovered the subtlety and depth of movement that arises when we fully surrender to the water — a space where stillness, presence, and joy meet. He now shares this path with others, guiding practices that cultivate connection, inner peace, and embodied movement in the underwater world.

Freediver, underwater filmmaker, and former architect who traded the concrete of Cairo for the depths of the ocean. Drawn more to light, water, and human stories than walls and ceilings, his path led him to Dahab — where he opened Coffee Wheel, a small coffee cart that became a meeting place for divers, dreamers, and desert lovers. In the shadow of Sinai’s mountains and guided by the Bedouin way of life, Mohamed learned the value of slowness, connection, and storytelling. Now based in South Africa, he continues to chase stories — above and below the surface — capturing the quiet, surreal beauty of freediving, marine life, and the in-between spaces where time seems to stretch.
Mohamed will guide you in feeling safe and present in the water, with deep care and sensitivity, supporting your process of being and filming underwater.

Ukrainian, nomadic dance lover and teacher. Her work weaves together Contact Improvisation (on land and in water), freediving, Axis Syllabus, embodiment practices, ecological learning, and trauma-aware approaches — the threads of her ongoing movement research. She brings this blend into her workshops, where CI meets water, presence, and play. Ola is also the creator of this project — a space she’s been dreaming of for years, now finally floating into reality.
As the mother and originator of Blue Motion, Ola holds the space with care – tending to both the team and the unfolding needs of the project.
